  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 2–4 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 3–6 Business Days in total
  • Price: Free

Please note that US federal holidays are not considered business days and may extend the estimated delivery window.

All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) standard tracked services. Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location.

Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

  • Coverage: This policy applies to all orders shipped to customers within the United States.
  • International Shipping: Not currently available.
  • PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO boxes.
  • Delivery Delays: Weather events or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such rare cases.

Duties & Import Fees

All prices are shown in USD and are inclusive of no import duties. Orders shipped to the US are generally below the US customs de minimis threshold and are not subject to import duties. However, Lasonae is not responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply in exceptional circumstances.

Track Your Order After Dispatch

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to check your delivery status directly on the USPS website at usps.com. Need help? Email us at support@lasonae.nl. We respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).

How can I update my shipping address?

If you need to make changes, please email us as soon as possible and no later than within 24 hours of placing your order at support@lasonae.nl. Once your package is in transit, we are unable to change the address.

I’ve had a change of mind. How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible at support@lasonae.nl. Once your package has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged:

  • If you are present during delivery: Refuse the package and contact us immediately.
  • If it is delivered while you are away: Please contact us immediately with images and we will assist you through the next steps in accordance with our Return Policy.

What if my order goes missing during shipping?

If your package hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, please contact us and we will work with USPS to locate it. If we confirm the loss and the delivery address matches your order, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost within 15 business days of your report.

Note: We cannot provide a replacement if you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout and delivery was made to that address.
