Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition. The item must be in an unopened state with all original packaging still intact. The item must have all original tags and accessories.

Proof of Purchase

A valid order number linked to your email or phone number must be provided for all returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Wrong Items: If your product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return shipping is free.
  • Other Returns: You are liable for the cost of return shipping for all other reasons, for example, if you decide to change your mind about an item.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact Us: Email support@lasonae.nl with your order number and reason for return.
  • Repack: We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label; please print and attach it to the box. Items should be carefully repacked in their original condition with all included components, such as original packaging, stickers, inserts, manual(s), and any other documentation or items that were included.
  • Ship: Send the return back to us using the instructions we provide.

We only cover return shipping costs when you send us damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll examine it to confirm that it adheres to our Return Policy Guidelines. Accepted refunds will be issued within 7 days from when we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and ordering the new product you would like.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be returned for a refund. Sale items and special offers are final and cannot be cancelled if they have already shipped.

Deliveries to an Incorrect Address

We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is delivered to an incorrectly entered address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
