We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. At this time, international shipping is not available.

As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your delivery’s progress and stay updated on its status and location every step of the way.
If you spot an error in your shipping address, please email us at support@lasonae.nl within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your name and order number. We’ll do our best to correct the address before your package leaves our warehouse. Once your order has shipped, changes can’t be guaranteed but we’ll do everything we can to help.

Return & Refunds

Yes, Lasonae accepts returns under our 30-Day Return Policy. To be eligible, items must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
