Welcome to Lasonae. By accessing or using our website at https://lasonae.nl/ (the “Site”) and purchasing products from our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Lasonae. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

Lasonae sells physical products through our WooCommerce-powered online store, with a primary focus on customers in the United States.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings.
We make every effort to display accurate pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

4.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. A confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is shipped.

4.2 Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card information.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

4.3 Sales Tax
Sales tax may be applied where required by applicable US state or local law. The applicable tax will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to addresses within the United States. We ship to the address provided at checkout — please verify your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

If a package is delivered to an incorrectly entered address, Lasonae cannot be held responsible for the resulting loss. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every Lasonae purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our return policy is as follows:

6.1 Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

6.2 Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Returned in their original, unopened condition.
All original packaging must be intact.
All original tags, inserts, manuals, accessories, and included documentation must be present.

6.3 Proof of Purchase
A valid order number linked to your email address or phone number must be provided for all return requests.

6.4 Return Shipping Costs

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping is free of charge. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
All other returns (e.g., change of mind): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6.5 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@lasonae.nl with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging with all included components before shipping.
Ship the item back using the instructions we provide.

6.6 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Accepted refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

6.7 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

6.8 Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.

6.9 Sale & Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned for a refund. Sale items and items purchased through special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled once shipped.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately at support@lasonae.nl. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return in accordance with Section 6.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Lasonae or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Lasonae in the 12 months preceding the claim.

ADVERTISING & GOOGLE MERCHANT COMPLIANCE

Lasonae participates in Google Merchant programs. In connection with such programs, we affirm:

All product listings, descriptions, prices, and availability displayed on the Site and in Google Shopping are accurate and kept up to date.
We comply with Google’s Shopping Ads and Merchant Center policies, including requirements relating to accurate product data, transparent pricing, and clear return and refund policies.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Leeuwarden, Netherlands, as applicable.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lasonae with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of our products.
